International students accepted, but do not enroll

ST. LOUIS, MO–One of 21 accepted Ecuadorian students enrolled at Webster University for the fall 2008 semester, according to the international recruitment office. At least two currently enrolled Ecuadorian students said that an incident involving an international student caused 20 students to
